Cord People

Bob McEwan | Ric Simpson | Don Mates | Henry Portz | Doug Johnson | Harry Golden | Lee Richardson | Lee Nelson | Ron Irwin | George Arakelian | Lee Foldenauer | Jack Richard

Bob McEwan's first Cord in 1952 featured 'improvements' to the Cord's concealed headlights.

In 1975 Bob commissioned a copy of the very rare 2-passenger Cord coupe. The work was executed by Doug Johnson, using Cords that would not have even been considered as parts cars by most folks. Bob and Stan Murman drove this car across the country on its maiden run.

Cord owners everwhere owe Bob an enormous debt. As one of the founders of the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Club, he help nurture it through its early formative years.
